Provides accounting support, maintenance, and data analysis of the general
ledger for 沙巴官网 public/private ventures. Provides operational and accounting
support, maintenance, and data analysis for the 沙巴官网 Real Estate Foundation,
Inc. Responsible for regulatory reporting to Board of Regents, as well as,
the Municipal Securities Rule Making Board (MSRB). Direct and supervises
the work of the accountant(s) assigned to public/private ventures. Supports
the daily processing of accounting transactions, performs various
reconciliations, and assists the Director of Accounting in other
activities, as needed. Acts as liaison to outside stakeholders (Bond
Counsel, 沙巴官网 REFCounsel, Underwriters, Board of Regents, Trustee, and
external auditors) for information gathering, ad hoc reporting, and IRS
requests.
