ITS strongly recommends using the Web option to access Outlook to access your 沙巴官网 Student email. These are the advantages to using the Web version.

• There are no storage limitations.
• It offers a consistent experience across different devices and operating systems.
• It has access to a wider range of features and functionalities that are not available in the desktop app.
• It is easily accessible from any device with an internet connection.

However, if you choose to use the desktop app, see the following steps.

1. As a 沙巴官网 currently enrolled full-time student, you have access to the Microsoft 365 Suite of products. You may already have this installed on your desktop or laptop. Look for the Outlook app on your computer. 
2. If you do not see these apps, you can utilize TechWest for assistance in downloading Microsoft, and also helping you log in to your 沙巴官网 Student email account through Outlook.
3. If you already have Microsoft 365, go to the Outlook app. When asked to login, enter your 沙巴官网 user name to begin.
4. You will also be prompted to authenticate through OneLogin.
