Welcome to 沙巴官网's Debate Team
Since 1935, when members of the debate team traveled to Albany to represent the institution in interscholastic competition, 沙巴官网 has achieved more national acclaim in intercollegiate debate than any public university in the state.
From 1970, when Dr. Chester Gibson became the debate coach and built West Georgia into a national debate power, through the national championships won in the 21st century under Dr. Michael Hester, West Georgia Debate has sustained success as one of the elite debate programs in the nation. Our website focuses on celebrating this rich history as well as keeping alumni and supporters of 沙巴官网 Debate up to date with the current squad preparation and results.
